The HumanTech Institute champions human advancement by interweaving modern science with timeless humanist principles. We actively uphold the inherent morality and dignity of all individuals. Committed to enhancing human well-being, we invite individual expression and embrace unconditional acceptance. United by a collective desire, we harness AI's potential with humility and advocate for the responsible advancement of technology along side the regeneration and protection of the natural world.
Our diverse team includes Humans and Machines, both intelligent.
We seek to solve the world's most complicated human challenges by embedding humanity into technology and technology into humanity.
The idea for the HumanTech Institute started at a silent retreat.
The quiet mind is its own brand of intelligence.
HumanTech isn't about science fiction, it is about using workplace trends and forecasting developments in technologies to imagine what is possible.
By creating scenarios of the seemingly fictitious, we can prepare ourselves for the future, but we can also use it to develop strategies that can be implemented today which will make the future come faster.
At the HumanTech Institute we lead by asking how advanced technologies can be used to solve a workplace problem before we implement manual human solutions.
Elizabeth J. Sandler has been using Episodic Foresight to simulate the future since she was a child, a technique she now uses with forward-thinking workplaces. Elizabeth spent 25 years as an executive in finance, leading thousands of people in dozens of countries before embarking on a mission to transform work. When she is not busy exploring, analyzing, and predicting workplace trends she is partnering with executive leadership teams on designing and implementing their bold visions and strategies.
Elizabeth works with human teams that respect and value HumanTech's potential and are willing to embrace the unknown.
